Assessment and documents
Posted by AdeolaMember - Located in United Kingdom on July 4, 2025 at 2:42 amG’day Mates!
I need clarification with payslips for VETASSESS assessment. If I am to upload my payslip 1 per quarter, do I need to add it up or just upload for the last month in the quarter?

Hi Adeola,
Thanks for your question!
When submitting payslips for a VETASSESS skills assessment, if you’re uploading one per quarter (which is often acceptable), you just need to provide one representative payslip from any month within each quarter, for example, from March, June, September, and December.
No need to add them up or submit every month’s payslip unless requested.
Make sure the payslips clearly show:
- Your name
- Employer’s name
- Pay period
- Gross and net pay
- Any employer logo or identifiers
If your payslips don’t show your job title, also upload a reference letter that confirms your position and duties.
You can find full details on acceptable employment evidence by clicking here.(.pdf file)
I hope this clears things up. Let me know if you need help with anything else!
Regards
Mark

Thank you Mark. I will do well to let you know if I need more assistance. Is it possible for you to help me go through my documents before I submit them?

Hi Adeola, I can certainly take a look, though I’d be more inclined to seek professional advice from a migration agent or similar. The only reason I say this is I have never submitted VETACCESS information before – The advice I provided is purely based on the .pdf and other info on the VETACCESS website.
I’m sure if you use the guidance I linked as a bit of a checklist, you will be fine 😊 if there is something missing or not formatted, I’d expect VETACCESS will flag this with you rather than just reject your docs.
All the best
Mark
