    Hello,

My name is Emmanuel, and I’m a Higher National Diploma (HND) holder in Business Administration and Management. With a strong background in business and industry experience, I’m seeking a visa sponsorship job opportunity.

    My expertise includes:

    – Over 3 years of experience as a Marketing Executive, where I’ve developed skills in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team collaboration.

    – Over 6 years of experience in a property firm, where I’ve gained knowledge of property management, client relations, and sales.

    – Over 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator, where I’ve demonstrated attention to detail, safety awareness, and efficiency in warehouse operations.

I’m eager to leverage my skills and experience in a visa sponsorship role, and I’m open to exploring opportunities in marketing, property management, or logistics. If you have any suitable positions available, I’d appreciate the chance to discuss my application.

    Best regards,
    Emmanuel

Hi Emmanuel and welcome to our community.

Thanks for your detailed introduction! I’ve moved your reply to its own topic so it’s easier for our members and migration experts to see and respond. Just a reminder — it’s always better to start a new post rather than replying to someone else’s with an unrelated question.

You can do that here anytime: https://ozvisaforum.com/post-new-topic/ or from the new post options in the main menu or your user dashboard (the page you see if you check out logo at the top of the page when logged in). 🙂

    Now to your question:

Given your background in Business Administration and Management, your role may fall under one of several ANZSCO (Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations) codes, such as:

Marketing Specialist (ANZSCO 225113) — on the MLTSSL (Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List), which means potential pathways through skilled migration and employer sponsorship.

Sales and Marketing Manager (ANZSCO 131112) — also on the MLTSSL.

Property Manager (ANZSCO 612112) — on the ROL (Regional Occupation List), which usually requires a job offer in regional Australia.

Unfortunately, general business admin roles like “Administrative Officer” or “Office Manager” are not always on the standard skilled occupation lists unless you’re applying under a DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement).

Your experience as a Forklift Operator (ANZSCO 733111) might open options under a DAMA or regional employer sponsorship, though it typically requires a job offer first.

    Regards

    Mark
