    If you applied before 31 July 2024, your application is valid and will continue to be processed. If you have not yet applied, this visa is no longer available.

    The Subclass 188 visa was effectively replaced by a new business-focused visa pathway being developed by the Australian Government, known as the National Innovation Visa.
