Thanks for your post, Mehwish and welcome to our community! 😊

Firstly, we’ve removed your email address to protect your privacy. If anyone on the forum is interested in connecting, they can message you directly here, just like they would on platforms like LinkedIn.

You’ve got a really diverse background, which is great! To set realistic expectations, remote roles such as content writing or virtual assistant work are unlikely to lead to visa sponsorship. Most Australian employers sponsor on-site roles where local labour is genuinely hard to source.

That said, your experience in teaching and care work is interesting. These areas do sometimes offer visa sponsorship, especially in regional areas.

If you could share more about your teaching background, such as what level and subjects you taught, and any formal qualifications or experience in care roles, we can explore if there’s a suitable visa pathway.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    All the best

    Hi Mark,

Thankyou for protecting my privacy. That’s a really kind gesture.

And my experience in teaching is 6 years, I taught English and science to junior classes. Basically, I give home-tuitions.

Secondly, for elderly care and child care I have clients for whome I have worked. I took care of their elderly parents and also cooked meal for them three times a day. And, I can also work in childcare firms as I have experience for growing up and taking care of children.

Thirdly, I can do any office job in the administrative department of schools or IT firms. As I have been doing It jobs online so I have an idea of using Al and computers. In short I can be a very well-educated labour for your clients.

I also worked in call centre and I know team work and problem solving techniques too.

Later I worked at humamatic.com as a Transcriptionist.

In short, I’m a hardworking multi-talented girl, can adjust in any atmosphere and learn new things. Ready to change myself according to the role.

I would love to join your team in Australia if you or any of the visa providing company needs my services.

    Best Regards

    Mehwish Kamal

Thanks for the extra details, Mehwish!

Your 6 years of tutoring experience in English and science is helpful to know. However, please note that informal home tuition usually isn’t recognised for skilled visa programs unless it’s supported by formal teaching qualifications and employment references.

For childcare or aged care roles, employers typically prefer candidates with formal certifications like a Certificate III in Individual Support or Early Childhood Education, which can sometimes be obtained after arriving in Australia on a student or working holiday visa.

If you’re open to entry-level care or hospitality work, you might explore employer-sponsored opportunities in regional areas where there is higher demand. Here’s how you can start:

    1. Check 482 jobs – This is one of our websites where every listing offers visa sponsorship: https://482jobs.com
You might also find suitable roles under these categories:

    2. Search on:

    3. Upload your resume here: https://482jobs.com/candidates/submit-resume/
Australian recruiters search this database regularly, and it’s a great way to get noticed.

Finally, if you’re serious about skilled migration in future, consider formalising your experience through recognised training or certifications. This can improve your chances significantly.

Wishing you all the best in your job search, Mehwish. Let us know if you have any follow up questions.

    Kind regards,
    Mark

Thanks for sharing your LinkedIn profile, Mehwish!

You’ve made a great start, but to increase your chances of being noticed by Australian recruiters, I’d recommend updating your profile to focus more clearly on the skills and experience that align with roles likely to offer visa sponsorship, such as aged care, childcare, or teaching support roles.

We’ve put together a helpful guide here that includes practical tips to improve your LinkedIn profile for the Australian job market:

    Hi Mark,

None of theese websites are uploading my application. Whenever I try an error occurs. If you have any opportunity that doesn’t require any kind of certificate, you can contact me directly. I’ll be waiting.

    Regards

Hi Mehwish, I’m unsure what you mean about a certificate?

All of the websites I shared are used by 1000s of people so it’s strange you are getting any errors.

If you can explain a little more about what’s happening, I’ll be happy to double check.

    Regards

    Mark
