Employee Visa Sponsorship Job
Hi ,
Am an Devops/SRE engineere with experience in to AWS,Dockers,kubernetes, Terraform , RHEL administration ..etc..
I tried applying to some of the jobs through seek.com.au , some of the employers are viewing/reviewing my profile
but later on not much noise from them and my application stands inactive/rejected .
Though am filtering the visa sponsorship jobs on seek.com.au and applying those , still am not able to get through initial steps.

Hello Vishnu and a warm welcome to the forum! I appreciate that it it can be challenging to sift through job listings on Seek, especially when it feels like your applications aren’t gaining traction. 🤷🏻
Can you expand more about the initial hurdles you’re encountering.
For example:
– Have you been receiving any interview invitations or feedback from recruiters?
– Are your applications being rejected immediately, or do you reach a certain stage before being turned down?
– Have you had an opportunity to tailor your resume and cover letter for the Australian job market?
– Have you considered reaching out to recruiters or hiring managers on LinkedIn directly etc?

Thanks for replying
Till now i haven’t received any invitations
resume is being viewed by employers through seek and later on after a week or so it is getting rejected
i have made ATS resume and tuned according to standards
i need help in getting it to there

Hello Vishnu, thanks for the additional context.
So it sounds like the ATS is doing its job and helping you get your resume flagged by a computer for the correct keywords but once it’s getting to a human recruiter who is viewing your resume it’s not hitting the Mark.
If you are comfortable, please upload your resume to our job boards at 482jobs.com and share the link with me after you have added it to our database. I’ll then take a look to see if anything jumps out that might need to be addressed.
