I am currently looking for any visa sponsored jobs, have more than 5 years working experience as Receptionist and Administration Officer.

Hello Gia and welcome.
The Australia’s skilled visa program is tied to a number of occupation lists. Unfortunatly Receptionist and Administration Officer roles are not currently on the Skilled Occupation List aligbed with independent, sponsored or state-nominated visas.
Would you be open to agricultural work. The PALM option might be an option if this an area of interest. From their website:
The Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme allows eligible Australian businesses to hire workers from 9 Pacific islands and Timor-Leste when there are not enough local workers available.
Through the PALM scheme, eligible businesses can recruit workers for short-term jobs for up to 9 months or long-term roles for between one and 4 years in unskilled, low-skilled and semi-skilled positions.
The PALM scheme helps to fill labour gaps in rural and regional Australia and nationally for agriculture and select agriculture-related food product manufacturing sectors by offering employers access to a pool of reliable, productive workers. It also allows Pacific and Timor-Leste workers to take up jobs in Australia, develop their skills and send income home.Webpage here: https://www.palmscheme.gov.au/
If this isn’t an option do you have any other skills or experience. 🤷♂️
All the best
Mark

Thanks Mark for the welcome, of course I am really interested in the PALM Scheme so will try it out. I also would like to ask on behalf of my husband who is a Painter(Trades Worker). Has more than 8 work experience as a Vehicle Painter Panel Beater. Thanks again

Hello Gialloc
For your husband, vehicle painter is on the regional occupation lists and would qualify for a number of sponsored visas subject to him being able to secure a job offer offer from an employer or a state. We advertise jobs offering visa sponsorship via our website https://482jobs.com
Panel beater would likely be the better option as this role is on the Medium to long term occupations list which will enable him to apply for a number of different Australia visas independently of the need for a sponsor
The subclass 189 visa is a points tested visa and he would need to have his skills assessed before registering an Expression of interest.
We have a points test guide here which will help understand how many points he would qualify for. He would need more than 65 points to enable him to apply for the 189 visa (other options are also available).

Thanks once again Mark, we did apply for the points tested visa visa subclass 189, he scored around 50 points, so we were told that he needs to do or complete an IELTS English test and maybe two other requirements to upgrade his score. Otherwise will try the 482 jobs market too.
