Looking for a full time Accounts job
Hello, I am looking to work in Australia with a Master of Professional degree from Edith cown university and over 15 years of experience in Indian Accounting and now in Australian Based Accounting firm In india mainly handling:
Superannuation Fund Accounting and Tax Work for Australian clients
Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly Accounts
Finalization of Periodical Accounts as per Clients’ Needs
Preparation of Tax Returns of Entities and Individuals
Review Financial Statements as per Requirements
Audit Support services and related work papers preparation
Preparation of BAS (Business Activity) Returns (on lines of GST) for Australian clients
Revenue / Spend Analysis, Pay -Roll Preparation etc.
Ensuring all accounting software QuickBooks, MYOB AR, MYOB Essentials, Xero etc , Advance excel knowledge, MS Office expert.
Please let me know how to find one relevant in accordance with my experience in Australia specifically in Sydney.

Since you mentioned working for an Australian-based accounting firm in India, I recommend checking if your current company has internal opportunities for relocation to their Australian offices. Many firms prefer to transfer experienced employees rather than hire externally, which could be an easier pathway for you.
Also, could you clarify what your master’s degree is in? You mentioned a “Master of Professional” degree from Edith Cowan University—was it in accounting, finance, or a related field? This will help in determining which visa pathways and job opportunities might be most relevant.
