  • Building Defect Investigation & Diagnosis

  • Insurance Reinstatement Surveys & Scope Development

  • Condition Surveys & Maintenance Planning

  • Technical Due Diligence

  • Contract Administration & Project Management

  • Design Management for Remediation &Reinstatement

  • Regulatory Compliance (UK Building Regulations, transferable to NZ Building Act)

  • Expert Evidence & Report Writing

  • Stakeholder/ Client Relationship Management

  I’m looking for a sponsorship and I am currently 37 years old so a WHV does not apply to me unfortunately.
