  • Looking for sponsored opportunity for Product Owner/ Business Analyst position

Posted by Rishabh on February 7, 2025 at 6:08 pm

Hello! My name is Rishabh, and I am a 29-year-old IT professional from India. With over 6 years of experience working for APAC, Europe and US customer centric products, I have had the opportunity to contribute to prime cogs in industries such as BFSI, Telecom and healthcare. Throughout my career, I have completed a range of certifications and training programs and an expert level hand-on Visio and architecture design. I am currently seeking a position that offers employer-sponsored visa opportunities. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    With anticipation and regards.

    Hi Rishabh,Welcome to the community!

It’s great to have you here. 🤗

Given your IT background and international experience, you may have good prospects for employer-sponsored visas in Australia.

Steps to Find Employer-Sponsored IT Jobs in Australia

Target Occupation Lists: Check if your specific IT role is on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) or the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL). Common IT roles like Software Engineer (ANZSCO 261313) and ICT Business Analyst (ANZSCO 261111) are often eligible for sponsorship.

    Job Portals for Sponsored Roles:

482jobs.com – All jobs listed here offer visa sponsorship.

Seek.com.au & Indeed.com.au – Use keywords like “482 visa sponsorship” or “skilled visa sponsorship” in searches.

    Employer Sponsorship Pathways:

Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa (Subclass 482) – This is the most common employer-sponsored visa for IT professionals.

Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 494) – If you’re open to working in regional Australia.

Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Visa (Subclass 186) – A permanent visa option for those with employer sponsorship.

Networking & Direct Applications: Reach out to Australian companies, connect on LinkedIn, and explore opportunities in IT consultancies that often hire offshore talent.

If you’d like more detailed guidance on a specific occupation code or visa path, feel free to ask.🙂 Good luck with your job search!

    Regards,

    Mark
