I have haccp knowledge ,food safety knowledge ,stock control and menu planning knowledge . I have Australian trade Cookery 3 and 4 commercial certificate . TRA skill assessment chef passed.i have worked in Australia as chef 2 years in fifo and alarcate kitchen .I have knowledge in different types of cuisines .
