Good day! I am Jeva Pajes, married and a mom of two kids at the age of 43years of age. I’m genuinely hoping for a chance to work and start fresh in Australia. I’ve always dreamed of living in a place where people value hard work, kindness, and community. I know it’s a big ask, especially since I’m not from there, but I’m ready to give my all and prove myself if someone is willing to give me a chance.

Back home, I used to run a small boutique business. It started off with so much hope, passion, and late nights, but over time, things just didn’t go as planned. Sales were slow, and despite my efforts, the business eventually went downhill. It was heartbreaking, honestly, but I didn’t let that break me. I’ve learned a lot from it such as how to handle pressure, how to communicate with people, and how to keep going even when things don’t work out.

Now, I just want to start again. I’m not looking for something grand but just honest work where I can grow, contribute, and build a new life with purpose. I’m willing to work hard, learn fast, and do whatever it takes. I’m not perfect, but I’m sincere and driven.

If you’re someone who’s willing to open a door for me, please know that it wouldn’t just be a job for me, it would be the start of something I’ve been praying for. Thank you for even reading this far.

Hi Jeva, welcome to our community and thank you so much for sharing your story. Your resilience and positive attitude are awesome, and it’s wonderful to hear about your dream of starting a new chapter in Australia. 🤗

In Australia, most skilled and employer-sponsored visas are linked to your occupation. The government uses a system called ANZSCO (Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations), which classifies jobs and determines which ones are eligible for different visa types. To help guide you properly, we’d love to know more about your career history, for example:

    • Job titles you’ve held
    • Types of tasks you did
    • Any formal training or qualifications

This information will help us match you to an appropriate ANZSCO occupation and check if it appears on any skilled occupation lists, such as:

MLTSSL (Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List)

    STSOL (Short-term Skilled Occupation List)

    ROL (Regional Occupation List)

Or via special regional agreements called DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreements)

If you’re open to any kind of work to get started, we recommend looking for employer-sponsored roles. To find jobs that offer sponsorship:

    1. https://482jobs.com – This is one of our own websites, and all jobs listed here offer Australia Visa Sponsorship.

    2. https://seek.com.au

    3. https://indeed.com.au

Once we know more about your background, we can guide you on potential visa options and job pathways. You’re also welcome to upload your resume to 482 Jobs here: https://482jobs.com/candidates/submit-resume/ — recruiters use this to find candidates for sponsored roles.

We’re really glad to have you here, Jeva, and we’re happy to help every step of the way. 🙂

Looking forward to hearing more about your work experience.

    Warm regards,

    Mark
