Sponsor Skill Visa #Recruiter
Posted by Ana on February 22, 2025 at 6:41 amHello guys!
I’ve seen the 482jobs website for positions offering a sponsor visa as a recruiter. On the skill visa website, I noticed there are several types of visas.
Although my experience is nearly 3 years in Spain and the minimum is 1 year, I would like to know how easy it is to get a sponsor visa from Spain. I’ve lived in Australia for 3 years before with a work and holiday visa, and I know how difficult it is to get it even from within the country.
On the other hand, how can I apply directly from the website? Is there a membership?
Thank you very much!

Hi Ana and welcome to our community 🤗
It’s great to hear that you’re exploring employer-sponsored visas for Australia. The Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa is the main pathway for skilled workers to be sponsored by an Australian employer.
Since you have 3 years of experience as a recruiter in Spain, you meet the minimum work experience requirement (1 year) for this visa.
However, securing employer sponsorship from overseas can be challenging because Australian employers usually prefer candidates who are already in the country. That said, since you’ve lived in Australia before on a Work and Holiday visa, you already understand the job market, which can be an advantage.
How to Apply for Sponsored Jobs in Australia
1. http://482jobs.com – This is one of our websites 🥰 and we consider it the best site for finding employer-sponsored jobs because all listings have already been hand-picked and are confirmed as offering visa sponsorship.
2. Seek (https://seek.com.au) and Indeed (https://indeed.com.au) – both very large job sites here in Australia that offer both sponsored and non sponsored roles. As such you will need to filter job searches using terms such as “Visa Sponsorship.”
3. LinkedIn (https://linkedin.com) – Networking and connecting with recruitment agencies can also help.
On 482jobs.com, you can search and review all the jobs although to apply for most of the jobs you will need to be a “482 Job Club” member. A link for the membership options will be presented if you click the apply button, or you can view the membership options here.
The membership is essentially a convenience fee. Most of the jobs shared on our platform are available elsewhere on other websites. We just find them for you and list then all in one spot. 482jobs also helps us offer websites like ozvisaforum and gettingdownunder.com (another of our websites)🙂
Additional Tips
Some industries use the DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement), which can have more relaxed sponsorship requirements.
If you have a degree in HR or recruitment, that could strengthen your chances.
Upload your resume to the resume database at 482jobs.com this is a free service (though you can also pay to have your resume promoted). Companies and Australian recruiters have access to our database and search it to identify candidates that might be suitable for roles they are recruiting for here in Australia
If possible, visiting Australia on a visitor visa for interviews could improve your chances.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
All the best
Mark
