The ANZSCO (Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations) code for Company Secretary is 221211, and good news, this occupation is eligible for several Australian visa pathways. 🙂
Company Secretary is listed on the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL), meaning you may be eligible for:
- Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) — requires nomination by an Australian state or territory.
- Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491) — also state or territory nominated.
- Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482) — Short-term stream, employer-sponsored.
- Employer Nomination Scheme visa (subclass 186) — Direct Entry stream, employer-sponsored.
- Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional visa (subclass 494) — employer-sponsored.
- Training visa (subclass 407) — for structured workplace-based training.
