Greetings, im Lucy, Fijian Native and Currently working in Rarotonga Cook islands
Needing advice and Guidance about student and work Visa
I believe thats the best option for me since i need to personally upskill & upgrade my qualifications to meet up or at least be Recognised by Business Owners however Also fit in with the high demand in the Australian Market Economy

It sounds like you’re looking to upskill through study while also gaining work experience in Australia. A great pathway to consider is the Student visa (subclass 500). This allows you to:
1. Study full-time in a registered course in Australia
2. Work up to 48 hours per fortnight during study periods and unlimited hours during course breaks
To qualify, you’ll need to:
Be enrolled in a CRICOS-registered course (check: https://cricos.education.gov.au )
Meet English and financial requirements
Hold Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
Many international students later move to skilled or sponsored visas, depending on their occupation and qualifications.
Choosing a course aligned with occupations on the MLTSSL (Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List) or STSOL (Short-term Skilled Occupation List) can improve future visa prospects, like the subclass 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage) or subclass 485 (Temporary Graduate visa).
