Visa 820/801 for De Facto Partners
Greetings! I am originally from the Philippines but currently reside in Australia, and my partner is an Australian citizen. We’ve been in a loving relationship for nearly 13 years. Over the years, he has visited me in the Philippines twice a year, and I have also travelled to Australia to spend up to three months with him each year.
Now that I am in Australia, I am prepared to submit my application for the Partner Visa (subclass 820). We have a joint bank account, have travelled together internationally, and he has met my family during visits. I’ve successfully uploaded all required documents and photographs and am ready to submit my application.
Based on our situation, what are the chances of our Partner Visa application being approved? Any insights on the visa approval process would be greatly appreciated!
