She is currently looking for a visa sponsorship. She has also completed a NDIS in Brisbane and is valid till 2029. Any leads or assistance will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks

Hi Ronil, welcome to our community and thanks for your question.

Your wife has strong qualifications and experience, making her a good candidate for employer-sponsored visas in aged care.

Since she has over 21 months of Australian experience, she may be eligible for employer-sponsored visas like the 482 Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa or the 186 Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visa, depending on employer willingness and eligibility.

To find sponsorship opportunities, I recommend checking:

482 Jobs: https://482jobs.com – One of our websites. All listed jobs offer visa sponsorship.

Seek: https://seek.com.au – Use keywords like “visa sponsorship” and “aged care worker.”

Indeed: https://indeed.com.au – Another platform to search for sponsored aged care roles.

LinkedIn – Networking with aged care providers can help find hidden opportunities.

Additionally, reaching out to aged care providers directly and applying through regional employers under DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreements) may increase sponsorship chances.

If you need more guidance on visa pathways, feel free to ask!

    Best of luck,

    Mark
