  It’s great to hear you’re interested in the hospitality sector in Australia. Hospitality is quite a broad field, so it would be helpful to know more about your specific skills or current role (For example, are you a chef, waitress, barista, hotel worker, or in another area)?

  This will help us guide you to the most suitable sponsored job opportunities.

  My first thought was the working holiday visa but unfortunately, Uganda is not one of the countries eligible for Australia’s Working Holiday Maker program, so that pathway is not available.

  However, many Australian employers do sponsor overseas workers through the Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa, particularly for in-demand roles in hospitality.

  To find jobs that offer sponsorship:

  2. https://seek.com.au – One of Australia’s largest job boards. When using Seek, make sure to filter your search by adding terms like “482 visa” or “visa sponsorship” to target relevant roles.

  3. https://indeed.com.au – Another popular job board. Like Seek, you’ll need to use specific keywords (e.g. “visa sponsorship” or “sponsorship available”) to find suitable positions, as many listings do not offer sponsorship.
