Hi, it’s great to be part of this forum. My name is Eric and I work as Restaurant Manager in Dubai. I would really love to know how I can get a job in Australia with visa sponsorship in my field. I would really love to move, work and settle in Australia.

Your occupation is currently listed on the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL), meaning you may be eligible for employer-sponsored visas such as:
1. Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa – Subclass 482
Requires an employer to sponsor you.
Initially granted for up to 2 years (with possible extension).
Not a direct pathway to permanent residency (unless under a DAMA agreement).
2. Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) Visa – Subclass 494
Requires sponsorship from a regional employer.
Leads to permanent residency after 3 years.
