Visa Application Charges Will Increase
Additionally, it’s important to note that visa application charges will also see an uptick starting from the same date. This means that if you’re planning to apply for a visa, like the 186 visa under the Employer Nomination Scheme, be prepared for higher fees. Understanding the specific costs associated with the visa you wish to apply for is crucial in managing your budget.
What Are Your Options for Permanent Residency (PR)?
If you’re looking to establish a more long-term presence in Australia, you might want to consider pathways to permanent residency (PR). The 189 visa is for independent skilled workers, while the 190 visa requires state nomination.
