    Hie Mark ,thank you for your time and support for responding to my question,so based on my qualifications can I just apply for subclass 186 on my own .I have my Skills Assessment and awarded Certificate 111in Engineering-Mechanical Trade (fitting including Machining)and my IELTS test and band 6 overall the minimum score is band 5.I am 35years old with 12years experience working as a fitter and Turner. So my question is can I just apply for a subclass 186 on my own since the Skills Assessment expires mine was issued last year September .If can you can assist me me I will really appreciate. Please help me on the way forward.
