Good thing with Immi, they have approved my request for extension so I’ve got a month more to secure a job offer. I’m just very uneasy about it but I am committed to pursue this.

I do currently have a 600 visitor visa as I made a trip to Australia on a work trip last year. Will definitely think about doing that.

Hey Mark,

I’ve got 11 years of experience as an Aviation Professional. Current job is Flight Dispatch Supervisor with Air Niugini. Based in Papua New Guinea. I’ve had chances of getting interviews but the main obstacle for me is when employers enquire about my visa status. Understandably, they look for candidates who are ready to go start work right off the bat. But yes, I haven’t got passed that stage.

I’m keen for an industry change at this point. Anything to grab this opportunity and have my visa granted. Mining jobs have been on my radar recently as well.

Hello Mark. I appreciate your feedback very much. Fortunately I’ve completed all my medicals along with my dependants and have successfully provided most of the the required documents. The remaining obstacle for me to achieve is securing a job. I’ve Requested for an extension to my deadline twice now as it has been a long and difficult journey in my job search.
