The Subclass 491 interests me but it says for up to 5 years. After that time period, would I have to leave? Or would there be an opportunity for a permanent residence and for us to become citizens?

Hi all. I’m currently employed at the UK’s largest steel stockholding company as a group trainer. I teach candidates how to operate heavy machinery such as over head cranes, Side Loaders, Fork lift truck etc… would this open up an opportunity for a visa sponsorship to Australia? Thank you
