I was lost of contact for the past three weeks. My apologies for this.

I have the fair idea of PALM scheme but I find it difficult to get in there due to certain circumstances. I am actually a Social Work Graduate and have been working as a Static Guard for 4 Months and Control Room Radio Operator for Six Months. I also have an experience in Community Engagement which I worked as a volunteer to help my village build new junior high school. My role in the project started from planning phase, implementation, execution and monitoring and eveluation. I have negotiated with Bristish International Education for partnership as well as Rainbow Solar Energy System to power up the school.
Currently I am still working witht the school writing proposals and seeking fundings for the establishment of school. I=

I was in Australia in 2016-2017 and again in 2018-2019. I was on the student visa through the religious activities and i have fair idea on hospitaity and toursim, gardening, customer service and age care. I did my pastoral year in South Australia for one year in 2016-2017 where i used to visit the aged center opposite the road at Glend Osmond Monastery (Lourds Valley)

I am equiring if I am eligible or how can I get to Aussie?

I actually have not been working in Age Care but can I bring my expertise in Social Works where Pastoral Care, Counselling, and Mental Health. I have just read about graduating nurses whose Visa were accepted through the Pacific Labour Mobility Scheme.

Can I apply for any vacancies regarding the age care positions? Will it be okay for me?

I have actually worked with the Primary School as a Project Coordinator for one year and has been coordinating with various stakeholders through planning, execution, implementation and rolling out the tasks.

However, I also have interest in people and I’d be more comfortable working with Aging people, youths or vulnerable people in the society.

All I want to come to Australia is actually a long time dream to come and work in Australia. I have experience in Project Management as well as Security Operation as Radio Operator.

I’d be happy to seek information and how would I go about to apply for Australian sponsored visa. Apart from Project Management and Radio Operator, I am open to Fruit Picking and working at Age Care centers or other related field related to my expertise.
