    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for your detailed explanation. I have one year experience in caregiving though without a certificate I took care of an autistic patient for one year. From your explanation caregiver job seems to be the easiest and quickest job to get. I might have to get a certificate lll or lV to get a care job in Australia. Do companies train people who do not have certificates?
