visa 482 for families of the primary visa holder

Hi everyone,

If the day comes a company accepted me to work for them and sponsors me with a 482 sponsorship visa, will they be sponsoring my family also?

I have heard that companies will also do a sponsorship for the families of the primary visa holder. Will that depend on the company or are all willing to do so?

And how long will it take? Or…
